Q. Do I have to use the armband part of the tuneband^™?

A. You can just use the silicone skin if you wish. The armband and the screen protector are optional.

Q. How can I tell which generation iPod^® nano I own?

A. The latest, or 3rd generation iPod^® nano is wider than the 1st and 2nd generation models. You can view the differences here:

Q. Can I use the Nike+iPod Sport Kit^® with the tuneband for the iPod^® nano?

A. Yes, the tuneband for the iPod^® nano is compatible with the receiver for the Nike+iPod Sport Kit. Note the Nike+iPod Sport Kit^® is sold separately.

Q. Do I get a tracking number after I purchase from you?

A. You will receive a delivery confirmation number, which will indicate whether a delivery has been attempted. This number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. We use the US Postal Service (USPS) for delivery, as this minimizes the shipping cost charged to you. We normally ship your package via USPS First Class, and on average it will take 4-7 business days to arrive if you live in the United States, and 7-20 business days if you live elsewhere. We also offer expedited shipping for our US customers, which reduces the delivery time to 2-3 days. Occassionally, delivery is delayed because of bad weather, holidays, or just plain bad luck. If you are having delivery problems, please contact us.

Q. What are your tips for washing?

A. You can remove the silicone skin from the armband. We suggest using Oxyclean^® or similar detergent that will not damage the color (no bleach). We recommend hand washing the armband and hanging it to dry. Do NOT place the tuneband^™ into a dryer.

Q. Is there an easier way to put on the tuneband^™ armband?

A. Yes, place the armband on its loosest setting. Slide it up your arm to the desired location and then tighten the strap.
